Regulations and Cancellation

  1. Reservations are considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 30 percent of the stay.
  2. The deposit is NOT returned under any circumstances.
  3. If you cancel your stay between 48 and 28 days after arrival, you will be issued a voucher that can be used within one year from the day of check-in. In case of cancellation 28 to 14 days before arrival we ask you to pay 70% of the reservation. From 14 days to no show we ask for a payment equal to 100% of the pension (even in case of illness or other objective impediments). Hotel Angelo recommends, when booking, to take out an insurance coverage contract; more info in the Travel Insurance section.
  4. In case of early departure or late arrival, the actual cost of the unused days will be charged.
  5. Meals booked but not used are still counted, as are any services or nights not used.
  6. The room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
  7. Any food allergies or intolerances are to be communicated at the time of reservation request and to be accompanied with corroborating specialist certificate.
  8. At the time of booking we are able to guarantee the type you choose but not the room number, floor, exact square footage and location.
  9. Half board includes accommodation, breakfast, small snack for children and dinner. Drinks and additional services are excluded, as is the tourist tax.
  10. Payment for the stay and extras is made at the end of the stay and can be made in cash within legal limits, checks or by credit/debit card.
  11. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
  12. Hotel Angelo does not accept animals at the facility.
  13. Online dispute resolution according to EU Regulation no. 524/2013: the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform which can be found at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
  14. Consumers can take advantage of the platform to resolve disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts.
