We prioritize local ingredients to create menus as close to zero-kilometer as possible.
Fresh ingredients and regional products from small farms we know personally are the heart of our daily menus. We blend traditional Trentino recipes with contemporary cuisine.
We honor seasonal produce, so our menus change according to what’s available.
Nature around us also provides inspiration: wild berries, mushrooms, and herbs often find their way into our dishes. Truly farm-to-table!

Freshly baked cakes, croissants, bread, fruit jams, cereals with yogurt and honey from local beekeepers. Fresh fruit, dried fruit, milk from nearby alpine farms, or fruit juices: the sweet breakfast team has plenty to indulge in.
And for the savory breakfast lovers: eggs, bacon, sausages, Trentino cold cuts and cheeses, and that perfect butter melting on freshly baked bread from the Molveno bakery. A selection of teas and herbal infusions completes the offering. Lactose-free yogurt, milk, and almond milk are always available for those with dietary needs.

HOMEMADE, ALWAYS
A golden, flaky crust protects a soft, spiced apple filling. Raisins, pine nuts, and cinnamon fill the air with a fragrance that escapes from our kitchen. This is our homemade strudel, baked fresh in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon, served alongside tarts made with jams “kindly offered” by the forest. The time to gather around the table
Welcomed by the warmth of wood, after a day full of sports, activities, or children’s entertainment, families and friends finally come together in the evening. If during the day your eyes enjoyed the breathtaking mountain views and your nose the scents of pine and alpine flowers, the evening is all about taste.
The daily menu always includes delicious starters, a selection of first and second courses, a buffet of fresh vegetables, desserts, and a curated selection of wines from our cellar. Relax and savor each dish slowly, focusing on the harmony of flavors.
Dinner at Hotel Angelo is served from 7:15 to 8:30 PM.
THE BAR
A delicious cappuccino mid-morning, a relaxing herbal tea after lunch, or an aperitif before dinner?
The bar is the perfect gathering spot to enjoy a tea accompanied by a homemade cake: strudel, tarts, apple pies, or soft cakes each a delightful option for a restorative snack.
The bar is open from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

No need to ask for special meals for children. Our kids menu, also varied daily, offers simple, balanced dishes that are perfectly suited for growing appetites while keeping the flavors kids love. Bibs and high chairs are always available.
